Booking Policy

1. 48 Hours notice is required to change a treatment time or cancel a booking, or the full cost of the treatment will be charged or deducted from a course of treatments.

2. A no show for a treatment signifies a late cancellation and a full treatment charge will apply.

3. If a course of treatments is purchased and any or all of the treatments within the course haven’t been taken them the cost of the course is non-refundable, the remaining credit may be used against other treatments.

4. A treatment may be rescheduled up to 3 times, following this to reschedule again a full deposit will be required or the treatment will be cancelled.
