Not sure where to start? We get it. When tackling your skincare goals, it can be a lot to take in. This is where your Palm Tree skincare journey begins. We require all new patients to book a consultation before booking additional services with Victoria. Why? This allows us to assess your skin, your concerns, and goals before getting started. For patients who haven't seen us in over a year, we kindly ask that you book a consultation before rebooking any services, so Victoria can provide the most beneficial treatment plan for you moving forward.
All our treatments, protocols and programmes are customised. We believe that the best skin is achieved when we work together to hand-select leading products and treatments specifically for you. Victoria is dedicated to her craft and partnering with patients who are ready and excited to invest in their skincare plan from day one. Please keep in mind that the consultation will include setting up your client profile. Please be ready to discuss your medical history and all medications you are currently taking.
At Palm Tree Skin we believe the key to healthy skin is a customised homecare regimen that is tailored to you and your skin's concerns. Please be prepared to switch your current products to ones that we know will work best for you. Victoria only works with cosmecutical and medical grade skincare, so rest assured that the products we recommend will provide you with noticeable changes to the skin.

How to prepare for your consultation
Virtual Consultations
Whether you have a skin concern such as pigmentation, acne, ageing, rosacea, advise on your home care routine, or for your skin to get its glow back. My goal is to support you with your skin health, so you have the skills and knowledge to support your skin changes and journey as best you can.
HOW IT WORKS
Once you have made your booking, you will be sent a pre-consultation questionnaire to help me find out about your lifestyle, diet, health, hormones, skincare and wellbeing, which will allow me to focus our time together and get a clear picture of you.
Your initial 45-minute consultation will be carried out via zoom or face time (a link will be sent just before your appointment time begins) we will discuss all your key concerns and questions during the call. Follow up notes and your customised programme will be sent.
